EMPLOYMENT READINESS
Employment readiness services occur over a defined period of time with specific outcomes to be achieved, and provide learning and work experiences, including volunteer work, where a person can develop general, non-job-task-specific strengths and new employment related skills that contribute to employability in paid employment in an integrated community setting. A person receiving employment readiness services may pursue employment opportunities at any time to enter the general work force.
