Who We Are
The management team of HeadStart to Life, Inc. (HSTL) has over 30 years of experience in placing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in competitive employment in the community of the Washington, DC metro area.

As the company grew, we sought the services of others who had a similar focus and drive, as well as the experience in the areas we planned to target. These individuals are entrusted by the management team to help implement the services we offer with the highest regard for the people in-service.
The development of our company starts with commitment, which is imperative in developing both positive business relationships and maintaining a community-improvement philosophy. As we progress, we will implement other services designed to increase the number of persons employed in the community.
